A 1:1 60-75 minute holistic assessment that gathers an in depth understanding of your current or past health care concerns or goals, family history, systems review, diet and lifestyle.

Using evidence based research, we develop an individualised therapeutic plan using dietary and lifestyle recommendations, prescription of practitioner grade supplementation if necessary and laboratory pathology testing where relevant.

You will leave with basic dietary recommendations and a detailed individualised prescription will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours of your consultation.

Follow Up Consultation

It is important to check in regularly throughout your health journey to ensure you are meeting your health care needs.

A 30-45 minute follow up consultation will allow us to reassess your health, determine appropriate planning for future support and leave you with an updated prescription plan and supplement renewal if needed.

Often these are needed 2-4 weeks apart but will be individually determined when appropriate depending on your health goals and progress.
